The Island School Foundation

The Island School Foundation’s community outreach seeks to provide funding for continuing excellence in education and to secure a financially stable environment for The Island School’s elementary school-age children.

The Foundation has created an endowment to reduce The Island School’s reliance on special events and annual donor appeals.  The endowment enables the school to offer competitive salaries, attracting exceptional teachers in an environment where state funding is under severe pressure.  It also assures that the necessary technology and educational materials are available for teacher and student use.

Donations to the foundation should be made payable to The Island School Foundation. Please note “Foundation” in the memo section of your check and mail it to P.O. Box 1505, Boca Grande, FL 33921.
