School Uniforms

The Island School Dress Code

Tops

  • Collared shirts must have the embroidered TIS logo on the left front
  • Dresses must have sleeves, a collar, and the TIS logo embroidered on the left front. Jumpers must have the TIS logo embroidered on the left front and must be worn over a collared shirt with sleeves
  • Sweatshirts/hoodies/jackets/sweaters/cardigans must have the TIS logo embroidered on the left front if they will be worn in the classroom. If these items are only worn outside, they do not need to have the TIS logo embroidered on them
  • Please avoid purchasing shirts with brand logos or pockets already on the left side. The TIS logo cannot be embroidered over top of the existing logo/pocket

Bottoms

Khaki color only - skirts, skorts, shorts, or long pants (no cutoff shorts or frayed hems), skirts, skorts, and shorts must be fingertip length

Shoes

Closed-toe shoes must be secured at the heel, preferably sneakers (no Crocs)
